  • Battle of Télamon: Preceding the Roman offensive, the Boïens call upon the reinforcements of Gallic transalpine, Gésates, and go until Clusium, to 160 km of Rome. The two consular armies of C. Alilius Regulus in North and of L. Aemilius Papus in the South succeed in encircling the Gallic ones and crushing them with the course Télamon, on the septentrional coast of Etrurie. Rome exploits its victory to undertake the systematic conquest of Cisalpine (- 225/-219).
