Żebbuġ

Żebbuġ is a small village in the center of Malta whose name means olive-tree.

Various monuments are there among which:

  • the arc of Rohan (1776)

  • the parish church Saint-Philippe (1599-1660)
  • the vault Our-Lady-of-Pains (1722)
  • Our-Lady-of-Grace (1621)
  • two churches of the Assumption (1683 and 1723)
  • the church of the Annunciation (1693-1699)
  • the villa Our-Lady-of-Abandoned Buleben
  • the church (1758)
  • the church Saint-Roch (1593)
  • the church of Wied Qirda
